Jamie's chocolate porridge

Cooking the chocolate porridge recipe from Jamies latest cookbook "superfood family classics".


Ingredients

200g of dates,
200g of hazelnuts,
400g of porridge oats,
2 teaspoons  of vanilla extract,
3 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder,
1 oranges zest.




First you pour the hazelnuts in a pan and grill them for about 3mins. 


Then you put the right amount of ingredients in, then grind it up in a food processor.



And it should look like this.

And put in a air tight container where it will last a couple of weeks.

And if you wanted to you could prepare some fruit. 

Then put the mixture in a pan to boil and stir as well.
